Major remodeling project that significantly updated and improved a 90 year-old home: bump-out addition to completely reconfigure kitchen, pantry, powder room, and bring laundry from basement to first floor; expand and completely reconfigure 2nd floor full bath; add master bath and walk-in closet, to create a great master suite. in addition, the interior was completely repainted and all hardwood floors (entire house except bathrooms and basement) were refinished.
