Rick Dobson, Field Manager Eric Kluge, their crew, and the subcontractors took on the challenge of building Fairfax County’s first Passive House Institute US (PHIUS)-certified Passive House for us. Now our house has passed its PHIUS tests with flying colors. We are proud to be living in an extremely energy-efficient, air-tight, solidly constructed home that looks great. Rick and Eric worked very well with architect Peter Henry to execute his design for our home. Look for our house on the Solar Homes tour in October, where you’ll be able to see the quality and care, as well as all the green features, that Rick and Eric have built into our home.
